Located about 10 minutes’ drive from St Andrews in the Fife countryside. Hawkswood House sleeps 10 across five en-suite bedrooms, and features two sitting rooms with wood burners, a sun terrace and balcony, a conservatory, a large well-equipped kitchen / dining area, and amenities such as a private hydro spa, outdoor BBQ & patio, and its own short game golf practice area plus access to a 270-yard driving range
Hawkswood House also offers features such as full Sky TV, WiFi, memory-foam super king beds, robes & slippers, and optional services like grocery delivery or private chef catering.

Staying at
the Roundel
The Roundel, which opened in March 2016, is a luxury self-catering house, offering the same high standards that have become synonymous with Hawkswood Country Estate.
It accommodates up to 10 guests in five en-suite bedrooms (many convertible to twins), with a central “Roundel Room” — a dining / living space with panoramic windows for views across the estate.
Amenities include a well-equipped kitchen, two sitting rooms, a hydro spa, private short-game golf area (3 pitching mats, 9 holes, 2 bunkers), access to a 270-yard driving range, full Sky TV, WiFi, memory-foam super-king beds, robes/slippers, power showers and one bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. The Roundel is ideal for guests wanting luxury, privacy and proximity to golf and Fife’s attractions.

Bowhill House
Bowhill House is the newest addition to Hawkswood Country Estate’s self-catering properties, blending original 1840s period charm with modern luxury. The house accommodates up to 10 guests in five en-suite bedrooms (each convertible to twins), and is designed for accessibility: every room is on the same level to make movement easier.
Guests enjoy two sitting rooms with log burners, a large dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and access to a hydro spa.
Additional amenities include full Sky TV, power showers, roll-top baths, memory-foam super-king beds, robes/slippers, WiFi, a full-size pool table, and use of Hawkswood’s 270-yard driving range and Mercedes shuttle service to nearby golf courses.

Country Estate
You can also book exclusive use of all three luxury houses, Hawkswood House, The Roundel, and Bowhill House, accommodating up to 30 guests in total. When exclusive use is booked, guests gain full private access not only to the homes but also to all the estate’s leisure amenities: a hydro spa, private short-game golf areas associated with each house, and access to a 270-yard driving range.
