Hawkswood House has its own short-game area with 5 pitching mats, 6 holes, and 2 bunkers. The Roundel has a second short-game area with 3 pitching mats, 9 holes, and 2 bunkers. Two completely different practice layouts on the same estate - ideal for working through the run-outs, pot bunkers, and tight pin positions you will face on a true links course.
Each of the three properties has its own private hydrospa set in the grounds, with views across Fife countryside. After 36 holes of firm links turf, there is no better recovery. The first house on the estate. Two sitting rooms with wood burners, a sun-filled conservatory, and a terraced balcony that catches the morning light over the Fife countryside. Bedrooms include the tartan-clad upstairs master, the “tree room,” and the “log room” with views to the Sidlaws and Grampians.
Built around the spectacular circular Roundel Room, the heart of the house, with five tall windows giving near-panoramic views across the Fife countryside. The kitchen well equipped, and the upstairs lounge adds a sofa bed for a 12th guest. The “rabbit room” looks directly out over the driving range.
Originally built in the 1840s and the most recent addition to the estate. Every room is on one level, making Bowhill the most accessible of the three. Period features sit alongside modern luxury - the master bedroom keeps its original fireplace and sash window from the cottage that once stood here, while bedroom 4 looks out to the Firth of Forth.
